Painted, cut paper collages

My work is made from recycled paper - usually junk mail or handouts my kids bring home from school (shh!) - which I color and texture with gouache paint, along with touches of colored pencil and neocolor crayon. From this paper, I cut shapes and bits, arranging them into collage illustrations fixed either to paper or wood. Note: Most of my work purchased online comes unframed; wood pieces are the only exception.
